Our farm consist of 300 acres. 80 acres are in pasture while the rest is hardwoods and hayfields which contain orchard grass, fescue, ladino & red clover, and alfalfa.
Our goat herd includes 2 fullblood buck, and 25 percentage does (a few being registered).
My brother Chad helps with feeding and handling the goats, along with fencing and building.
All our vaccinations are done by Dr. Larry Younger and Dr. John Collins of Halifax Vet. Clinic of Halifax, Va.
We were glad to have our great pyrenees livestock guardian dog "Memphis." He is a treat to have around the farm and does great with the herd.
